Obagi C Balancing Toner stabilises skin’s delicate pH levels to reduce excess oil production for a clear, matte complexion. Vitamin C promotes collagen synthesis as it improves hyperpigmentation and neutralises free radicals.

Antiseptic witch hazel purifies and minimises pores while PCA provides lightweight hydration. Aloe vera soothes inflammation and evens skin tone.

Use twice daily, in the morning and evening after cleansing.
Pump a small amount (3-4 pumps) onto a cotton pad and gently wipe over entire face.
Allow the product to air dry completely; do not rinse off.
